How do I order from Crystal Fantasy's website? 

Ordering from Crystal Fantasy is easy! 

Ordering by Mail.  Print an order form by going to our printed order form page. (Don't forget to turn on your printer!) Select items you want from our web site and mark them on the order form. Include the name of the product, quantity and price. Give as much information as you can. Complete the order form and mail it to us with your check (include drivers license # and state), money order or credit card information. Checks are held until they clear. Click here for the order form. California residents add 7.75% sales tax.

Telephone/Fax Orders -  Fax orders can be received 24 hours a day 760-318-3350. Phone orders can be made during regular business hours by calling 760-322-7799.

Online Shopping Cart System - You can purchase products online using the electronic shopping cart system. When you see something you would like to purchase you can "add it to your shopping cart" and continue shopping or click "buy 1 now" to go to the checkout to complete your transaction. There's plenty of time to add or subtract from your cart....so don't worry! 

Other Payment and Shipping Information -  FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00.  For orders under $50.00 add $5.00 shipping and handling fee. For orders outside the US, please email us regarding rates and details. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service, except those to Post Office boxes which will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service.
